Lettuce Knife:
This knife is comprised of a larger chef's knife style blade.  This knife is good for cutting greens. 13.25" long

Large Spatula:
These sturdy spatulas work great for scraping pans and skillets as well as stirring food.  The spatulas can be used for mixing ground meat, eggs, roux, etc. 2.75" wide angled blade, 11.5" long

Round Spoon with Holes:
This is your "typical" wooden spoon. Each spoon is hand shaped for maximum comfort in use. 12.5"

Oven Rack Push/Pull:
This little gadget is just plain fun to have around. Our maple oven pull has a hook to pull out your oven rack (toaster ovens too) and a fork in the top to push the rack back in. It also works well for grabbing casserole dishes and bringing them to the front of the oven.

Medium Turner:
Our medium turner is made of sturdy maple hardwood and the handle is shaped to fit the hand comfortably well. Many times, you can find beautiful patterns that show up in the grain of the wood that only enhances the beauty of the product.

Angled Spoon:
Make of hard maple this is one of our favorite specialty spoons. The long handle is shaped to just fit comfortably in the hand. With a straight edge and corner for scraping sides and getting into the rounded corner of pans is spoon has multi uses. The standard rounded edge is great for regular stirring or scooping up food. 12.5" long.

Measuring Spoon:
Made of hard maple, our tasting spoons are made with quality in mind. When you want to taste test your soup or stew, tip the spoon with your sample up and let the food move down the channel to the smaller end for tasting. The tasting spoon is useful for stirring while you wait to taste test. 12.375" with a 1.5" wide stirring bowl, a channel along the center and a smaller bowl on the other end for sipping.

Long Oval Spoon:
For those deep cooking pots where you need just a little more length than your standard utensil, this is the spoon for you. The comfortable grip and utilitarian shape may soon become your favorite. 15.5" oval spoon with 2.75" wide bowl
